The Wichita State men's basketball team discovered its draw for the 2023 Myrtle Beach Invitational on Tuesday. The Shockers are set to play the hosts of the multi-team event, Coastal Carolina, in their opening-round game at 3:30 p.m. Central on Thursday, Nov. 16, in Conway, South Carolina, at HTC Center on Coastal Carolina's campus. The game will be broadcast on ESPNU. It will be the first meeting between the Shockers and Chanticleers, which are coming off an 11-20 season where they finished No. 295 in the NET rankings.
