What's the deal with the hype here? 18.50$ for a single breast of fried chicken? The side of Brussel sprouts was pretty good but that mac and cheese was burnt and god aweful flavouring. I consider myself a fried chicken expert and I have eaten it just about everywhere it's on the menu.. But this single piece of chicken (less than 10oz) was par at best.. it wasn't bad, just not so great o was happy with the outrageous price. 10$ and we will call it a deal. The biscuits are actually pretty good but they waited until we got our food to bring them out to us so that was disappointing. The staff was pretty good to us given we were part of a big group that had some rambunctious kids. The look of the place was nice enough.. but the score/rating stems from mediocre food at exorbitant prices. I could of bought and fried 2 chickens for that cost. Or gone to Piggy wiggly (same tasting level of chicken) and bought 20+ pieces. Maybe next time I will. Or just go to Nacho hippo.. they had really great food.
