Sun Linen Service in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina

I switched our laundry cleaning to Sun Linens because with my previous vendor I was being charged a premium for cleaning but more importantly the linens were coming in packed in the wrong sizes together, each week. Which meant it took longer manpower hours because we had to go through each piece. Think hundreds of pieces as we had to double check to make sure they were the correct size before packaging them for our customers. Now I come to Sun Linens who gives me a better pricing but the same issue. CAN PEOPLE NOT READ T F Q K that we have marked on the linens for the sizes? This isn't kindergarten . I've had this issue the past several weeks and have discussed it each time with Bob, the manager at this location and each time, i'm told he's going to correct it. Well I got my linens back today and guess what. In Queens with the red tags, I have FULLS, QUEENS AND KINGS in the same packs. This is poor poor service coming from nothing but the employees not caring about their jobs enough to do what's right. However, it also comes to show that management isn't taking the steps necessary to ensure their employees are properly trained. NOT being able to read a T F Q K in my book screams either stupidity or laziness. I've lost faith. They're cheaper for washing and such, but don't trust to have your linens separated properly. Today, I'm hiring people to wash my linens at the local cleaners and will have it done right myself. I'd rather pay more money to know that it's done right
