I want my money back we had to rent 2 rooms for our family. Way to much to put but the worst place to stay I got burnt by the shower tripped over the flooring in the bathroom in one room the other room the air did not work. Please give me my money back for both rooms I got burnt in your shower and hurt my knee by tripping over the flooring in the bathroom.. The pool was not open. The room needed to be cleaned from top to bottom. Worst place to stay.

Absolutely filthy. Would not recommend, not even for just somewhere to lay your head at night. Curtains falling down, disgusting microwaves, and the bathtub was covered with black stuff. Wanted an ocean view so the staff showed me three different rooms and they were all like this. Pictures are very misleading. Didn’t even check in before I left to find somewhere else to stay. On another note, would definitely recommend Midtown Inn:)
