I gave it 3 stars because the process to come in could be better. We waited almost 20-30 minutes because there was a family of 6 and the Mom couldn't decide watch package she wanted. I don't necessarily blame the Mom she has the right to ask and honestly it can be confusing but perhaps there should be a way to ask someone like that to step aside and have some other person assist her with her questions. The line became so long that people were waiting by the doorway. The wait to enter and the wait for food. We waited about the same time on line and still had like 5 people infront of us before we just decided to leave. Business was lost and makes you wonder how many leave or don't come at all because of these 2 key factors. I have kids and they became very impatient. We only spent an hour and paid for the bouncy houses and the arcade. Only enjoyed the bouncy house. Side note I have been there multiple times with the same 2 problems. :/ Other then the long wait. It can be a fun place on a rainy day.

A lot of fun for kids, we had my nieces birthday party here. Chris our host was absolutely fantastic. However, the schedule that they set makes the party feel a little rushed. The go cart and laser tag is a lot of fun. They have TONS of games for the kids and fun for adults as well. They also have a very nice roller rink. They have all day passes where you can do everything all day for $25 per person, and trust me you can spend the whole day there, lol. (but you still have to pay for the arcade games)
