A judge sentenced a South Carolina man Tuesday to 30 years after he pleaded guilty to murdering a man in North Myrtle Beach, according to the Fifteenth Circuit Solicitor Jimmy Richardson's office. Kameron Horton, 22, of North Charleston, pleaded guilty to killing Darrell Johnson, 73, in January 2022, the news release states. Johnson was found dead in his home along Hillside Drive in North Myrtle Beach. Horton was seen Jan. 30 on a Ring doorbell camera walking up to Johnson's front door and having a conversation with him, according to an arrest warrant from the North Myrtle Beach Police Department.
