First of all, it took longer than 30 minutes for a waiter to even come to our table and take our orders! (It's also to be noted that about 10 minutes after we got to the location, a waitress came by the table and gave us way too many menus, like they didn't take the time to count how many people were at the table. We were already ready to order, since there were leftover menus from the last table) Another 10 minutes for drinks, and they didn't give us any straws until we were half finished with the drinks! No lids on the cups, either. Afterwards, another hour until our food came. They already had our food too, but they forgot about us. I had ordered gravy fries, and I received no gravy. Upon complaining, I got no gravy. If they were out I understand, but still! Also, when walking to the bathroom, which was pretty nasty btw, I noticed a table that hadn't been cleaned SINCE WE GOT HERE (about two hours ago, my goodness). At least when they finally clean the tables they wipe them. Absolutely terrible customer service and I really wish I had gone somewhere else. Don't waste your temper, time, or money here.
